Wickwire Warehouse has been a trusted leader in the steel wire industry since 1970. We specialize in premium steel and alloy wire products, including stainless steel, galvanized, annealed, carbon, and more, serving industries across the nation.

Where It All Started
Founded in 1873 in Cortland, New York, the Wickwire steel mill was incorporated in 1892.
Founded in 1873 in Cortland, New York, and incorporated in 1892, the Wickwire steel mill quickly became a cornerstone of the wire manufacturing industry. By 1910, Wickwire expanded its reach, establishing distribution warehouses across the country. After the mill was liquidated in 1969, the Foy family acquired the Philadelphia operations in 1970, continuing its legacy as a leading distributor of wire products.
In 1995, Edward J. Foy purchased the business from his parents, and through strategic acquisitions, including United Rollform (2000) and Parade Strapping and Baling (2007), the company further diversified. Today, Wickwire Warehouse/Parade Strapping and Baling operates from a 75,000 sq. ft. facility in Port Richmond, Philadelphia, providing an extensive range of products for various industries, including display racks, wire forms, fencing, and more.
Our team’s expertise and dedication, with an average tenure of 18 years, have solidified our reputation as one of the nation’s most trusted distributors. We excel at meeting the unique needs that larger mills often cannot accommodate, ensuring our customers receive superior products and fast, reliable service every time.
